|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home. — Savannah Oaks is a shady quiet oasis in the middle of Lubbock. The apartments are quiet with thick walls and floors that muffle barking dogs, neighbors conversations and noise from other apartments. The tree lined courtyard with large trees provides a wonderful outdoor space to walk your dog, chat with the neighbors or just enjoy the cool breeze on your porch. Most important to me though is a staff that's professional, friendly and quickly solves issues and problems brought to their attention. I've been a renter for 20 years, and Savannah Oaks is one of most hassle free rental experiences I've had.
